The ECSA Executive Board has the following positions open for voting:
Commissioner
The Commissioner is responsible for overseeing the entire Open Division. Duties include but aren't limited to, securing league playing facilities and equipment, securing league insurance, setting goals and fiscal policy for the league, establishing relationships with local businesses and sponsors, continued growth of teams in the Open Division, ratings, as well as overseeing the Pride Director and Hall of Fame Director. This is a two-year term.
Membership Director
The Membership Director is responsible for the continued growth of the league through the planning and execution of the pre-season skills clinics and outreach within the community. The Membership Director is responsible for finding teams for the people listed on the website Player Matchmaker, as well as working with individual teams to fill their rosters. This candidate must also attend board meetings, open and close the fields, and other duties should the need arise. The candidate should possess organization skills and a genuine interest in working with all divisions in their continued growth. This is a two-year term.
Assistant Commissioner (C Division)
The C Assistant Commissioner is the acting liaison between the C Division managers and coaches and the Executive Board. Duties include but aren't limited to attending board meetings, opening and closing the fields, education, ratings adjustments, scheduling, and presenting the special needs of the C Division to the Executive Board. The candidate does not have to currently be active within the C division to be eligible. This is a two-year term.
Assistant Director of Competition (C Division)
The C Division Assistant Director of Competition provides input to ensure the successful rating of C Division players. Primary duties will include observing C Division games, participating in the evaluation of C Division players, and support the administration of ratings through various league and NAGAAA systems and databases.
Assistant Director of Competition (D Division)
The D Division Assistant Director of Competition provides input to ensure the successful rating of D Division players. Primary duties will include observing D Division games, participating in the evaluation of D Division players, and support the administration of ratings through various league and NAGAAA systems and databases.
Secretary
The Secretary is a voting position on the board. Responsibilities include but not limited to taking meeting notes, updating the website, administering voting activities, creating the weekly NewsFlash, and organizing team practices.
